The product I need to order is out of stock, can I order it anyway?

Sorry, so as not to disappoint our customers we can only take orders for products that are in stock. However, please email us at sales@diytoolsmarket.co.uk and we can advise when an out of stock item will be back in stock.

Why can't I get ornaments delivered. 

Our ornaments are pickup only, from our Garden Stoneware Workshop. So, if you try to select a shipping method at checkout with a product that's available only at a location that fulfills pickup orders only, then you will receive an error message that the product can't be shipped.

Products that require shipping and products that are pickup only can't be in the same cart. If you try to check out with both types of products, then an error message displays that products are out of stock. You will need to complete two separate transactions, one with only the products that can be shipped and another with only the products for pickup.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on all orders exceeding £25, but there is a small charge of £4.99 for any orders under £25 ! ( Except ornaments that are collection only )

GENERAL QUESTIONS

 

How can I clean my ornament.

Our ornaments will naturally weather and age as well as gather some dirt over time, if you wish to clean your ornaments you can do this by simply washing it with a sponge or cloth with warm soapy water. Please make sure you do not use a pressure / jet wash as this will damage the ornament finish.

How can I take care of my ornament in Winter?

Our ornaments are very durable, weather and frostproof and designed to be outside all year round in all types of weather conditions. Birdbaths need to be emptied of water during freezing temperatures, as freezing water will expand and cause the birdbath bowl to crack.

Can I view the ornament before buying.

Yes. We currently operate online only. However, we can arrange for a viewing of an ornament prior to purchase at our Garden Stoneware Workshop.
